MegaParts was formed in October 1996 in the South Island of New Zealand as a Multi franchise "automotive parts supplier". Megaparts involves five privately owned companies who collectively not only offer a long period of involvement in the industry but also a major range of product knowledge.
Between these five shareholders there is an endless variance of automotive parts covering all makes and models. In support of this there is in place a comprehensive communications system involving local Radio Telephone channels along with a Nation-wide computer network. This provides one of the most sophisticated car part location services available in Australasia and also enables parts to be sourced that are on the odd occasion outside those in stock.
